
This guideline will help define the architectural standards established for the community. These standards are designed to clarify issues regarding exterior modifications to any lot or residence. If there are any discrepancies between the standards and the Protective Covenants, the Covenants prevail.
Any exterior changes to a house or lot, whether temporary or permanent, must be approved in writing prior to beginning a project. Residents should submit a written request:

The request should include name, address and a daytime phone number. A complete description of the project, diagram, fence proposal, play set picture, etc. should be submitted along with a copy of the survey or detailed diagram showing the location of modification. The ACC has (30) days to review requests and a response will be mailed to you once AIO Management receives the committee's decision.
All exterior color changes must be submitted to the ARC with a sample or color chip for review.
Glass door and or Screen door request must be submitted for approval. No bars, metal or etching are permitted.
Only wooden play sets are permitted and should be located to the rear of the lot, where it is least visible from the street. Plans for plays sets must be submitted for approval. Trampolines should be located to the rear of the lot where least visible from the street. It may be denied if highly visible. Plans for placement of the trampoline must be submitted for approval.
Flags may be flown without the approval of the ARC. All flags must be in good repair no larger than 2 feet by 4 feet and must attach to the dwelling with a bracket and a short pole no longer than 6 feet. Flag pole mounted in the ground or outside the aforementioned guidelines are prohibited. Any flags that are offensive in nature may be subject to removal at the request of the ARC.
Basketball goal must be portable based only, with a white, clear or gray backboard and black pole. Must be located at the top of the driveway (closest to the house) or in the rear or side yard. If these requirements are met, ARC approval is not needed.
All fences must be approved by the ARC prior to installation.
Plans for Pools, Spas, Decks & Sheds must be submitted for approval before construction begins. Above ground pools are not permitted.
All garbage cans are to be stored in the garage or in the rear of the house out of view from the street. If you wish to store your cans on the side of the house you must submit a request to construct an exterior trash can enclosure.
Submit a landscape plan with plant identification and location. You may replace dead bushes or plant seasonal flowers without approval.
Statuary items are not permitted in the front or side yards. If you wish to place in rear yard submit for approval.
Residents are encouraged to park in the garage when possible. No trailers, boats or recreational vehicles are permitted on any lot for more that 48 hours while in preparation for use. Parking in the street is not permitted.
Standard, low-voltage lighting may be placed in landscape beds or along walkway without approval. Lighting will not be approved down driveways.
All vehicles must be parked within garages, driveways, or other paved parking areas. Parking in yards is prohibited. Any towed vehicle, boat, recreational vehicle, motor home, mobile home, or like equipment may not be visible in the community unless completely enclosed in a garage. No commercial vehicle over ¾ ton may be parked overnight. Commercial vehicles ¾ ton or less shall not have removable material or equipment (for example: ladders) visible while parked. Acceptable commercial vehicles are pickup trucks, SUV bodies, and vans, excluding box-type panel truck.
