Oakwind Design Standards

This guideline will help define the architectural standards established for the community. These standards are designed to clarify issues regarding exterior modifications to any lot or residence. If there are any discrepancies between the standards and the Protective Covenants, the Covenants prevail.

Any exterior changes to a house or lot, whether temporary or permanent, must be approved in writing prior to beginning a project. Residents should submit a written request:

Oakwind Homeowners Association, Inc.
c/o All-In-One Community Management, Inc.
5200 Dallas Highway, Suite 200 #266
Powder Springs, GA 30127

Click here for complete instructions on submitting a request!

The request should include name, address and a daytime phone number. A complete description of the project, diagram, fence proposal, play set picture, etc. should be submitted along with a copy of the survey or detailed diagram showing the location of modification. The ACC has (30) days to review requests and a response will be mailed to you once AIO Management receives the committee's decision.
