Duties: Primary contact for homeowner architectural requests; Informs community management of design violations; Recommendations to board for design standard changes; Active watch on landscape issues around common areas; Organize volunteer work parties from time to time.

Duties: Neighborhood interface for basketball courts; Active watch on maintenance issues; Recommendations to board on improvements; Interface with community and board on problems/issues regarding courts.

Events Committee

Duties: Schedule and organize annual or semi-annual events such as:
  • Garage Sale (Last weekend of April, first weekend of October - Schedule dates, place signs, place ad in AJC)
  • Summer Pool Party, Parent's Night Out, Spring Celebration, etc.
  • Holidays (Easter hunt, End of Year Holidays, Halloween, etc.)

Maintain active watch on maintenance of all common areas associated with the clubhouse; Report to board any issues requiring attention; Interface between community and housekeeping company; Maintain reservation lists and schedules for use of the clubhouse.
