Welcome to the neighborhood! If you have questions about the area, schools, shopping, etc. you can find the answers here, or just ask one of your friendly neighbors. If you didn't receive copies of the Oakwind bylaws and covenants at closing, you can access them online here:

Yard Sales

Oakwind holds community-wide yard sales twice a year, in the spring and again in the fall. Signs will be posted prior to the planned dates. Check this site for the most up-to-date information regarding the next sale.
